Expressive Charcoal drawing workshop 9th April, Lanjeth

As part of a Residency at Lanjeth Nursery and Water Gardens I am running a drawing workshop on 9th April from 10-1.

The workshop will be held in the Pavillion at Lanjeth and all materials will be provided.

There is free parking and a cafe on site. Lanjeth is a beautiful place for a walk.

This is an introduction to drawing using different types of charcoal, a beautifully expressive medium. 

• Enjoy mark making and creating lively, free, fabulously wonky and layered drawings inspired by nature. 
• No experience is necessary...this workshop is suitable for beginners who want to try their hand at drawing but don't know where to start, as well as for people who like to draw and want to loosen up and be more expressive in their drawing.
• The emphasis will be on enjoying the process of drawing, exploring something new and having a go!
