Oh How She Smiled on Her Wedding Day

Here is a small wall mounted bas relief porcelain sculpture on wood. The piece depicts a female figure reclining in an almost seductive manner. Her naked body sits waiting, open at first glance but there is also a closedness there. On her head she wears the veil of matrimony. Her face adorns  a golden mask, a mask wearing a perminant smile, and by her side is a spare mask, so she will never be without.
