This table top sculpture is created from hand-built porcelain and is one of a kind.

Bird Watcher is part woman, part bird, she is positioned seated atop a narrow summit, patiently watching and waiting from her birds eye view.  Naked, she sits with confidence and power, a force to be reckoned with.

You may notice her head is not feathered, it references something alive, but not fleshy like her true bird brethren. Is she something between alive and dead, a hybrid of the living and the non-living, almost spirit like? She sits quietly, observing from a distance.

This is the first piece in a new series of sculptures. This little one is one of a kind and is hand-built from porcelain. The child stands as roughly the same height as a mushroom, but is neither child nor fungus. This series of porcelain sculptures celebrates our interdependency on our precious natural world and how we as humans are just a small part of it.

Size 21.5x5x7.5cm

Price £345

Sculpture of the Week!! This piece is entitled 'Grandmother Earth', she is a unique hand-built porcelain piece. This sculpture features the ageing cloaked figure, sited within the folds of her heavy cloak stand the children of the #earth. Look out for the featureless child.

Take a walk on the wild side. This sculpture, like many I make is about our relationship with the animal within, our connection with nature and how all elements are intrinsically connected and inseparable.

Sculpture of the week! September 2022.

Entitled Light Warrior, this piece was created for a commission, however I liked it so much I've decided to run an edition in bronze. #LightWarriors, it appears, are those who have overcome their own fears and hurts, to fight for other living creatures and the planet.

Light Warrior walks with his 2 spirit animals by his side, and bear and a wolf.

Blindfolded, but guided by his faith he walks with the inner confidence of those who can see from within, some might see him as an Angel, others might say he's a Shaman, neither would be wrong.

This is the day that HRH Prince Charles visited Cardiff, Wales to come see the Betty Campbell Monument. As we said hello he and the Duchess os Cornwall commented on the scale of the piece and how they though that it was 'very impressive'!

This slightly larger, textured, unique ceramic sculpture bears the colour of aged bone. In her book "Women who Run With Wolves' Clarissa Pinkola Estse describes a powerful old woman called La Loba, who also goes by the name of Wild Woman or Luminous Wolf. In this sculpture La Loba is depicted as the 'Bone Collector'.

Here the author describes this aged archetype

'The sole work of La Loba is the collecting of bones. She is known to collect and preserve especially that which is in danger of being lost to the world. Her cave is filled with the bones of all manner of desert creatures: the...
