I love the power of this painting. Although abstract, there is a suggestion of a harbour, possibly Falmouth, maybe lights into a night sky, and flashes of activity in water. The deep turquoise tones are a dramatic foil to the orange and pink. The hint of a foreshore, a coastal path, looking across the water. It is a dramatic scene, full of energy.
