Mary Fedden
Mary Fedden was born in Bristol in 1915, she studied at the Slade School of Art in London in 1932.
She was the first-ever women tutor to teach at the royal academy, she taught between 1958 and 1964.
She was also the president of the Royal West Academy in Bristol.
With numerous exhibitions in London and a lot of her work in big private collections including the queen, she is a very well recognized artist amongst the British isles.
