Callaloo Carnival Arts

Callaloo Carnival Arts UK is Disabled and Global Majority led organisation based in West Yorkshire, UK. We design and make masquerade characters, masks and spectacular parade puppets which are enjoyed by many thousands of people at UK Carnivals and Festivals each year.

We work with people of all ages and abilities: in community, education, health and corporate settings.

Our creative activities have wellbeing, heritage, cultural and environmental aims. We create welcoming, inclusive and accessible spaces for people to have fun, share their stories, ideas and concerns and to imagine new possibilities.

We co-create our work with people who are under represented in mainstream art spaces.

To celebrate our 30th anniversary we have commissioned Jasmine Estelle to design these commemorative t-shirts.
