ICE #5 (2026) 'Someone turn off that Bloody Alarm' is the fifth painting in a series of six exploring the slow withdrawal of glacial ice in an age of human influence and climate change.
Layers of deep blue, teal, aqua, pale sunset pinks and gold leaf plus vivid turquoise are combined with made and found collage elements, pastel and ink wash to create a richly textured meditation on a landscape in transition.
The complete series of six paintings will be available by early September 2026.
